- Assessment Exemptions: Teachers can now exempt students from an assessment, and students will clearly see this in their gradebook and report card.
- Blank Default Grades: No more auto-filled “As” or 5s—teachers now start with blank grades for greater flexibility.
- Visible Placeholders: New grey placeholders explain missing grades to both teachers and students, improving clarity across the board.

Interactive charts show assessment trends over time, grouped by weight category (e.g., homework, quizzes, exams), along with distribution pie charts and tooltips for each grade point.

A detailed table lists all published and evaluated assessments per course, including unit, lesson, weight category, due date, and final score.
📘 Student Learning Plans
From Personalized Planning to AI-Driven Instruction
- Teacher-Created Learning Plans
Teachers can create learning plans for each student—either uploaded as PDFs or directly authored—with the option to use Cleo AI to generate a summary “Plan at a Glance.”
- Admin & Teacher Preview Access
Teachers can view the plans they created on student profiles. Admins can view all learning plans for all students.
- Student Profile View
Students can now view their learning plans in “My Profile,” organized by course and plan name. Plans uploaded as documents are marked with an icon.
- Cleo AI Lesson Plan Integration
Cleo now references learning plan accommodations when generating lessons. If multiple students share an accommodation, Cleo will list all their names and tailor activities accordingly.
- 📣 Teacher Notification
Teachers are notified when Cleo finishes summarizing a learning plan. Notifications include success/failure messages and quick-action buttons to view or retry.
